This is an adult simulation and document check, not a classroom trial, learner outcome, usability study or funder endorsement. Re-run after any changes and ask actual local users to critique the pack before adoption.

Perspective Walk-through Flaw found and correction Remaining boundary
New teacher, Day 13 Follow lesson, card C and the quotient aid inside 25 minutes; check the metre conversion and exit. A scale factor could be mistaken for a length. Card C and staff script now name the factor dimensionless, the drawing 1 m, and the result 0.01 m = 1 cm. Teacher still checks the local syllabus, reading demands and class pacing.
New teacher, Day 16 Ask for a zero substitution in both product and quotient rather than merely reciting a law. Original cancellation can hide a removed domain point. Script and key now require the original denominator at x=0 before cancellation, while distinguishing the product's valid zero substitution. This sample does not teach every algebraic domain issue.
Learner, Day 18 Take the table, repair or spoken/tactile route and evaluate at n=2. 2^(n+2) could be misread as 2^n+2. The script and aid now bracket the full exponent and give an independent numeric check. A single substitution cannot prove the identity.
Learner, Days 15/20 Receive only the day page and fresh card, then see an exact source and a non-leading self-audit. Practice numbers and check values were separated; assessment and key are staff-held, and learner routes do not link to either file. Real administration requires a fresh observation and access record.
Accessibility Try the three A4 sheets without colour or print, and give an AAC/tactile/direct-scribe response. Colour alone was insufficient, so each box has a label and ordered full text/tactile route. Domain warning uses words and symbols. Screen reader/Braille output depends on the user's actual tools; verify locally.
Potential funder Trace every curriculum claim and image right to a row or licence, then ask whether 128 possible strings implies users. Crosswalk says one partial code; source ledger separates ACARA/BIPM/fonts/original work. Tasks and checks explicitly reject a possible-count to real-readership leap. No efficacy, uptake, national/state accreditation or translation claim is made.

Replay receipts: python3 verify_pack.py; sha256sum -c MANIFEST.sha256; pdfinfo, pdftotext, pdffonts for each sheet; one-page print visual inspection for clipping and hierarchy. The verifier checks more than file existence, but human review remains necessary for accessibility and teaching judgement.
