The official ACARA v9 workbook was fetched directly on 2026-09-30: HTTP 200, 2,049,917 bytes, SHA-256 db446882d2c00cf7c085a03e250e2442fda6c44011fc114680c46c1dc7a822c3, matching the pinned canonical workbook and imported records. The QCAA Prep Music alignment official indexed one-page text was read: it confirms all four rows and Queensland Prep achievement-standard aspects. Direct QCAA download returned 403; no direct PDF was downloaded. Fetch receipts retain method and limits, not an invented fetch/adoption/approval claim.

Exact code and strand Official description · ACARA Learning areas cells Partial opportunity Evidence boundary
AC9AMUFE01 · Exploring and responding explore how and why the arts are important for people and communities · E21218/J21218 Actual encounter with the saved Little Window Rhythm model/source and an own observed response to its documented author purpose; additional authorised works via the source slot. A computer-created organisational teaching model supplies one narrow maker-purpose example. Its existence, source card or fictional story does not establish a child encounter, human performance, achieved effect or broader people/community importance. Varied appropriate works and observed responses remain needed.
AC9AMUFD01 · Developing practices and skills use play, imagination, arts knowledge, processes and/or skills to discover possibilities and develop ideas · E21227/J21227 Try/rehearse/prefer/stop quiet pulse/rhythm phrases if chosen; explore rest, held duration and suitable source choices; complete parallel composition plans. Child sound, directed-adult sound and silent plan are separate. Aural, pulse/rhythm control and acoustic duration require actual accessible observation, not printed counts.
AC9AMUFC01 · Creating and making create arts works that communicate ideas · E21237/J21237 Child chooses tiny opening, ending, music alone or own purpose and creates/refines a four-beat rhythm work/plan. Intent is not achieved communication. A saved plan does not establish a sounded performance. Open alternative music can be valid while differing from the particular LONG/SHORT/REST planning target.
AC9AMUFP01 · Presenting and performing share their arts works with audiences · E21246/J21246 Optional own score/sound share with an actually willing person; private making/rehearsal are available. Actual date, willing recipient and medium are recorded only if sharing occurs. A paper share is not audible performance; a puppet/imagined listener/pass is not an actual audience.

The canonical Achievement standards sheet's Foundation Arts row 12, with no separate Music subject label in that row, has the two aspects also published in QCAA's Prep Music alignment: describing experiences/observations/ideas/feelings about works encountered at school, home and/or community; and using play/imagination/arts knowledge/processes/skills to create/share different forms. QCAA maps the encounter-description aspect to FE01/FP01 and the creation/sharing aspect to all four codes. Do not substitute the Year 1–2 Music standard or treat the two graphic checks as the whole Foundation standard.

ACARA's current Arts overview, official page read 30 September 2026, describes Music as aurally based listening, composing and performing across varied contexts, with sustained engagement and flexible local programs. This improvement adds immediately usable actual quiet making choices, alongside honest planning routes; it does not certify coverage. Every child need not sing, use a device or perform publicly.

The QCAA May 2026 example Prep Music plan was read through official indexed four-page text; direct GET 403, no download. Its table typo AC9AMUFCO1 uses letterO; canonical AC9AMUFC01 uses zero. Its timetable/repertoire is an example, not prescribed. The Music examples link is retained as a planning pointer only: this leaf does not claim a fresh successful text fetch from that page.
