Use of codes: Actual accessible sensory investigation can give partial AC9SFI02; actual observed material feature may sample AC9SFU03; a source-bounded question and dated representation can sample AC9SFI01/03. A reported adult description supports communication/reasoning but is logged as reported information. A fallback model alone is not local material-property or safe investigation evidence.

Use of codes: Interpreting a fictional diagram and using a provided template may contribute to representation reasoning, but AC9SFI03's observations and pattern component require actual observation data for those specific claims. AC9SFI02 and material content AC9SFU03 require real safe investigation/source. Share AC9SFI05 only if the child actually communicates a question/idea/observation to another person, including a consenting adult; a fictional listener model is not that event. No code is fully certified by this check.
Record fields: check day; exact source type, identity and date/model-use date; verified material label or UNKNOWN; what child directly accessed; adult description/prompt/movement; first child response verbatim or exact AAC/sign/point choice; later feedback/revision; safe action/result if any; one next teachable move.
