- Try together · 5 min. Child points to the repeated action and the changed setting, then gives one possible reading or says cannot tell. Silent direction is enough.
- Child choice · 7 min. Child devises a second scene with the same deliberate action and one changed context clue; they may direct paper figures, use AAC or opt into brief safe movement. Ask which clue supports their intended idea.
