Ten authored 25-minute lessons. The opening fortnight introduced perspective, evidence and one example of nominalisation. These new weeks deepen cohesion and abstract-noun choices with different original fiction and reports. The Year 9 planning map is only a plan outside authored weeks. This pack does not supply full Year 9 English, a substantial literature programme, a full school day or state/territory approval.
Run the fortnight
- Read the ten timed teacher scripts and original fictional source set. Ordinary rhythm is 2 + 5 + 6 + 6 + 4 + 2 = 25 minutes; Days 15/20 use 2 + 5 + 2 + 10 + 4 + 2 = 25.
- Give the clean learner page and one of three meaningful A/B/C routes per day. Ten optional extras can follow in class or at home without internet, printing or recording.
- Use the original cohesion chain, agency/abstract-noun lens and two-version editor. Every label and spatial relationship has a full text/tactile route.
- Introduce Day15/20 new-case checks on their day. The teacher-facing key gives worked interpretations, 30 route keys and next teaching moves. Both pages are publicly accessible, so these are formative prompts, not secure exams. Save the first independent check response when the case is new to the learner; use a locally unseen parallel case if prior access matters. Note neutral access support separately from a content hint.
- Use the exact Year 9 ACARA v9 crosswalk, source/rights ledger, desk run-through and hash ledger before local adaptation.
Verification: python verify_pack.py runs read-only source-row/wording, timing, route, check-separation, local-link, PDF accessibility/searchability and hash checks. python print/generate_print.py --write intentionally regenerates the vector/PDF aids; python verify_pack.py --write-crosswalk --write-manifest refreshes the two generated audit documents after an edit. PDF creation date is fixed for repeat-render stability with the same renderer and font.
What remains open: teacher/EAL/D and accessibility user trials; local syllabus/calendar review; literary text breadth, spelling, speaking and wider reading; any evidence of learning gains, time saved or adoption. No real community, person, First Nations knowledge/language or translation has been invented. The public checks are formative, not validated or secure tests.
