Start with ten timed 25-minute lessons, complete original sources, thirty same-target learner choices, twenty worked practice swaps, two fresh teacher-held checks and a separate teacher key. Five original A4 aids are ready as SVG/PDF pairs: story-kit guide SVG / PDF, audience/feedback mat SVG / PDF, four-scene story SVG / PDF, text samples SVG / PDF, and portfolio handover mat SVG / PDF. Exact spoken/text/tactile equivalents keep the core tasks possible without screen, printer, audio or public presentation.
Set up in five minutes: Read the day's source and arrange broad paper cards or its linear description. Offer a child a context and communication route: point, sign, AAC, private speech, drawing, writing or child-directed adult placement/scribing. A peer listener is optional and only with consent; an adult or fictional paper listener works for rehearsal, but a modelled response is labelled MODEL, not actual peer feedback. Optional controlled strips are independently read only if every relevant correspondence and familiar word was explicitly taught. Rich sign/story text can be adult-read for meaning. Keep fresh Days 195/200 checks unseen until first independent response is recorded.
Handover: Keep any actual child work in the school's approved record system. The blank portfolio mat lets a child choose available samples from this week or earlier, identify what they did themselves and what help was given, and name a next step. If a sample is missing, record not available rather than invent progress. Do not publish child names or samples through this pack.
