Teacher copy: This page may include teaching prompts or answer keys. Answer keys in this public library can be viewed by anyone. Give learners a clean prompt, use checks as formative evidence, and change a case locally when prior access matters.

Per pair: broad tabletop place base; square BOARD cue left and round TABLE cue right; two large feature-page cards (BOARD PAGE/TABLE PAGE); two blank arrangement bases; broad named-source flaps; PLAN, ASK, PASS, REPORTED TRY, ACTUAL RESPONSE and OPEN tabs; adult-prepared four-panel logbook or four flat sheets; blank handover/care record; pencil/scribe. Adult pre-makes frames/folds. Large reusable pieces, raised outlines or exact no-touch reading/adult-directed placement carry full task; colour isn't required. No small loose parts, sharp tools, glue, device/printer/purchase, real exchange or public performance needed. Shapes identify supplied features; no shape/number/pattern test. An inquiry model isn't a navigation/emergency map.

Read exact invented A–F sources below. All place, people, requests, plans and reported paper tries are fictional. Two layouts use the same feature pages; equal paper space does not establish agreement or fairness. Participant reports remain their own accounts under their stated layout/try, not eyewitness proof of real conditions or a controlled experiment.

Source Exact child-facing words What is known / still open
A · place drawing “Paper Share Corner: a square board is on the left and a round picture table is on the right. This is an invented place drawing.” Source-backed place features, not current school observation or real belonging.
B · helper's two-layout plan “I plan two layouts for the same board-page and table-page: side by side, or board-page above table-page. A planned layout is not a use report.” Proposed arrangements, no permission, actual trial, response, equality/fairness/benefit supplied.
C1 · Edda's own meaning “The board matters to me because I show my paper drawings there. This is my own reason.” Edda's meaning, not everyone's view/need.
C2 · Finn's own meaning “The table matters to me because I talk about picture pages there. This is my own reason.” Finn's separate meaning; no identity, universal or causal inference.
D · Dara's care request “Look after this corner by returning picture pages to the broad folder after use. Ask me before putting anything on the board. This is a care request.” Invented care step; not real-school rule, consent to a particular trial or action report.
E · Jori's one try account “During one paper try, I looked at the side-by-side layout. I pointed to the board-page when asked. I have not reported anyone else’s use.” One reported response with layout; not what all people understood, later use, permission or a causal comparison.
F · Mell's one try account “During one paper try, I looked at the stacked layout. I asked what the lower page meant. I have not reported later use or everyone’s view.” One question/response, not proof everyone failed, every stacked layout is worse or a real person agreed.

Nine print pairs: place source, two planned layouts, two meanings, care step, one-try notes, try logbook, blank actual record, fresh A, fresh B. Every PDF has original SVG sibling and exact full text/tactile/no-print route. Keep fresh copies held until Days 175/180; public pages aren't secure exams. Source diagrams illustrate supplied features/layouts; no actual participant/event is pictured.

Complete paper project: make A's place base and two feature pages. Keep C1/C2 reasons attached to their source. Make D care/ask-first flap and B's two separate arrangement bases with same large cards; use source labels rather than vote/count tokens. Put first directions on a blank logbook panel. Read E/F as later reports, keeping their different conditions/people separate. A child may invite a genuinely willing private adult for a table-model try, or use a paper listener explicitly labelled ROLE PLAY. Record actual model making/action/response/help only if observed; a role-play reply is invented, not peer evidence. Keep original sources intact. Revise one step/source label and put the paper cards in broad model folder, preserving first/revised directions and a care handover note.

Actual route ready: preflight selects an approved familiar shared display/learning place, permitted view and ordinary source-backed feature pictures/descriptions. No personal drawing/name/identity needs public display. Source actual meaning/care procedure. The owner approves temporary private picture arrangement, location, materials, audience and return step; child/reader can pass/withdraw. No real wall/furniture/property movement/installation without explicit scope. If no trial is permitted, make useful private owner-review kit and explain care; action/use fields stay open/not done. No actual name/place/time/permission/response is pre-filled.
