Learner choices

Target/codes: Separate Neri's paper proposal from a decision/action/result and identify its supported count versus unsupported “everyone”; AC9HSFS01, AC9HSFS02 and AC9HSFS04 partial, AC9HSFK03 fictional concept rehearsal only.

  1. Settle/purpose · 3 min. Introduce D as a draft by a made-up helper, not a school rule.
  2. Read source · 4 min. Read both D sentences. Compare its three/two count to A, and its “everyone wants quiet” to B/C and A's unknowns.
  3. Model inquiry · 5 min. Put “three versus two” under A SUPPORTS, “everyone wants quiet” under NOT SHOWN, and “close table tomorrow” under PROPOSED, not DONE.
  4. Child response · 7 min. Child sorts D's three claim types and explains one reason closure is not yet justified by the sources.
  5. Check/respond · 4 min. If proposal is called a completed closure, reread “should” and ask for an action/status source absent here.
  6. Exit · 2 min. Tomorrow ask whose use a change might affect.

Next move: Use distinct PROPOSED/DECIDED/DONE tokens. See routes and swaps.
