- Model · 5 min. Adult places PAPER beside one draft and ACTUAL only beside a genuinely dated demonstration if available; otherwise leaves ACTUAL blank.
- Choose · 7 min. Day 46 A/B/C choose or direct two appropriate private evidence pieces. Describe what each shows and what remains unknown; no family or safety disclosure.
- Notice · 4 min. Record the child's exact distinction and support. If no child activity record exists, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED stays explicit.
