Teacher copy · prompts and answer keys

Teacher copy: This page may include teaching prompts or answer keys. Answer keys in this public library can be viewed by anyone. Give learners a clean prompt, use checks as formative evidence, and change a case locally when prior access matters.

Read all original sources and safety gates. Offer A/B/C same-goal routes to any learner at any time; they are not fixed learning styles. Each script is 3 + 4 + 5 + 7 + 4 + 2 = 25 minutes. Give the paper choice before any local physical opportunity. A fictional display or adult action cannot establish a child's physical skill: write PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED unless a suitable real child action is approved, chosen, dated and observed. Write OUTDOOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED unless that setting and action truly occurred. Real concerns follow school policy immediately; no child safety disclosure belongs in a lesson or public sheet.

Week 9 · Day 41 · A display shows cards, not people moving

Goal: identify two possible ways into a fictional game and distinguish paper choice tokens from actual participation; AC9HPFP02 partial respectful choice, movement codes conditional only on separate real activity. Prepare: Source A, two ways to join, broad CURVE/POINT cards.

  1. Settle · 3 min. Name the seven tokens as invented paper data; do not collect a real child-preference tally or announce a class winner.
  2. Read · 4 min. Read every line of Source A. Ask what the board actually counts and what it cannot show about bodies or permission.
  3. Model · 5 min. Adult places two large option arrows beside the token board and says either option, rest or pass could be offered; no child's choice has been recorded.
  4. Choose · 7 min. Day 41 A/B/C name two different suitable game possibilities and label the board paper only. The child can direct an adult to arrange a branch without touching cards.
  5. Notice · 4 min. Ask what would need to happen before reporting actual child participation. Record the child's source distinction and support, not a movement result.
  6. Close · 2 min. Save a blank two-way plan for tomorrow; no public child tally is created.

Week 9 · Day 42 · Invite a choice, respect a pass

Goal: practise an invitation that offers action, alternative, rest or pass and accepts “not now”; AC9HPFP02 and AC9HPFP04 partial rehearsal. Prepare: Source B, ask and answer, private response route.

  1. Settle · 3 min. Say a no requires no explanation and is respected for real shared space as well as play practice.
  2. Read · 4 min. Read Sena and Dax's full fictional exchange. Ask what options Sena offered and how she answered Dax.
  3. Model · 5 min. Adult uses two puppets for an invitation, a no and an accepted stop. Mark it PAPER REHEARSAL, not a child's real permission.
  4. Choose · 7 min. Day 42 A/B/C compose an invitation to a fictional partner with a genuine alternative and a pass. If a real shared-space request arises, ask afresh and accept the answer; never transfer puppet consent to a person.
  5. Notice · 4 min. Record the child's wording or chosen symbols and whether a separate real respectful interaction was actually observed.
  6. Close · 2 min. Keep a private option available for the next session.

Week 9 · Day 43 · Build a fair turn with room to rest

Goal: explain and revise a simple one-person shared-space rule that keeps the same game goal open to different safe actions; AC9HPFP02 partial, AC9HPFM04 conditional on real play. Prepare: Source C, fair turn map, school check plan.

  1. Settle · 3 min. Show abstract zones as paper only; an adult must check any real floor and large marker before use.
  2. Read · 4 min. Read Source C. Ask where a participant can wait, rest or stop and when to ask about shared space.
  3. Model · 5 min. Adult points through a paper turn: ASK → one shared-space user → REST or STOP. Then swap a proposed fast-only rule for a suitable-action choice.
  4. Choose · 7 min. Day 43 A/B/C make one fair rule and two access routes to the same game goal. A child may illustrate, dictate or arrange secured broad cards.
  5. Notice · 4 min. Ask why the rule helps a person take a turn. Record proposed rule only; following it in physical play remains unobserved.
  6. Close · 2 min. Teacher checks whether an optional real try is locally suitable tomorrow; paper work stands if it is not.

Week 9 · Day 44 · Try it only if the place and child are ready

Goal: compare a paper game plan with an optional actually observed, child-chosen action and fair turn; AC9HPFM01, AC9HPFM02 and AC9HPFM04 only to the extent real suitable play occurs; AC9HPFM03 requires a separate actual outdoor/natural activity. Prepare: Source D blank record, plan or actual, locally approved space, rest and stop cue.

  1. Settle · 3 min. Adult confirms floor/outdoor weather if relevant, supervision, equipment, access, consent, cue and rest. If any gate is missing, use a paper trial and say so.
  2. Read · 4 min. Re-read Source C's plan and Source D's empty headings. Ask which headings a drawing can answer and which require an event.
  3. Model · 5 min. Adult demonstrates a small suitable large-marker/table action or stationary movement, then labels it adult action. Show the agreed stop cue without requiring a child to copy.
  4. Choose · 7 min. Day 44 A/B/C may opt into a checked minor game: ask before a shared turn, choose one small safe action or rest, and stop when requested. Seated, stationary or suitable mobility routes are valid. A paper-only or pass route remains complete for source reasoning.
  5. Notice · 4 min. Privately record exact real child action/rule/support/date only if observed. An indoor try stays indoor. Otherwise write PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED and, for outdoors, OUTDOOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED.
  6. Close · 2 min. Ask for one optional adjustment, without turning a child's comfort into a public survey or judging a body.

Week 9 · Day 45 · Fresh fair-choice display check

Goal: interpret a new fictional display, offer a fair invitation and distinguish it from actual movement through teacher-held Case L; AC9HPFP02 and AC9HPFP04 partial reasoning, physical codes require separate real evidence. Prepare: unseen case, separate key, no actual movement demand.

  1. Settle · 3 min. Offer adult read, speech, sign, AAC, broad fixed cards, pointing or private response; no personal preference report.
  2. Read · 4 min. Reveal Case L for the first time and read its whole fictional source without a content hint.
  3. Process model · 5 min. On an unrelated blank board, model how to identify the source of one mark; do not model a held-case conclusion.
  4. First response · 7 min. Capture the first independent Case L answer with access support and content prompts separately.
  5. Respond · 4 min. Consult the key only after that response. If a genuine safety concern arises, stop the check and use school policy.
  6. Close · 2 min. File fictional choice reasoning separately from an optional private dated physical-activity record. One public case cannot certify term achievement.

Week 10 · Day 46 · Choose two honest sources for a reflection

Goal: separate a paper plan from an actual dated activity record where available, without inventing a “before and after” outcome; AC9HPFP02 partial communication, movement codes conditional. Prepare: Sources D and F, plan or actual, only school-held approved individual records if they exist.

  1. Settle · 3 min. Explain that a child may choose a paper score and a later real record, two paper drafts or one fresh work; absence of earlier evidence is not failure.
  2. Read · 4 min. Read Source F's two paper drafts. Ask what changed on paper and whether anyone moved.
  3. Model · 5 min. Adult places PAPER beside one draft and ACTUAL only beside a genuinely dated demonstration if available; otherwise leaves ACTUAL blank.
  4. Choose · 7 min. Day 46 A/B/C choose or direct two appropriate private evidence pieces. Describe what each shows and what remains unknown; no family or safety disclosure.
  5. Notice · 4 min. Record the child's exact distinction and support. If no child activity record exists, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED stays explicit.
  6. Close · 2 min. Keep the reflection private and invite a next choice rather than a rating.

Week 10 · Day 47 · Compare plan and try, if a try happened

Goal: tell what a plan proposed and what a real activity record actually shows, or compare two fictional drafts without claiming a trial; AC9HPFP02 partial, AC9HPFM01/02/04 conditional. Prepare: Source D blank record, plan or actual, a real school-held record only if it exists.

  1. Settle · 3 min. Use a private, non-competitive response route; no one is asked to report a feeling or health result.
  2. Read · 4 min. Point to PLAN and ACTUAL fields. Read Source D headings; if no local record exists, say “no actual entry” rather than invent one.
  3. Model · 5 min. Adult compares a fictional plan with Source F's revised paper plan and explicitly marks both paper; a real record would require date/action/context.
  4. Choose · 7 min. Day 47 A/B/C compare their chosen sources. If a real safe activity is separately offered today, follow local gates; otherwise remain with paper and mark the difference.
  5. Notice · 4 min. Ask what changed, what stayed the same and which source supports each claim. Record only actually observed rule-following or physical action.
  6. Close · 2 min. Preserve one unanswered question for tomorrow's revision.

Week 10 · Day 48 · Change one rule for a reason

Goal: revise one game rule using a stated source, distinguishing actual feedback from invented feedback; AC9HPFP02 and AC9HPFP04 partial, AC9HPFM04 only with separately observed fair play. Prepare: Source E, change one rule, a real feedback record only if genuinely available.

  1. Settle · 3 min. No peer is required to reveal an access need or agree that the first game was bad.
  2. Read · 4 min. Read Source E. Ask what the fictional puppet said, what the maker changed and what effect remains unknown.
  3. Model · 5 min. Adult changes one paper rule from one narrow turn to a wide choice and points to the source. Mark fictional feedback as fictional.
  4. Choose · 7 min. Day 48 A/B/C choose one rule to revise, state why and keep the game goal. If actual feedback exists, quote it accurately and privately; otherwise label the revision a proposed idea.
  5. Notice · 4 min. Ask which mark changed and what would need testing before saying it improved real play. Do not invent child satisfaction or performance.
  6. Close · 2 min. Save both versions for a possible safe follow-up.

Week 10 · Day 49 · Choose a next opportunity

Goal: choose a suitable next game action, rest or invitation and a checkable question, without promising progress; AC9HPFP02/04 partial, movement codes conditional if actual play occurs. Prepare: Source F, next choice, optional locally approved space.

  1. Settle · 3 min. Offer private choices; a child may pass and need not justify the choice.
  2. Read · 4 min. Re-read Source F's two drafts and maker's statement. Ask which proposed change is supported by paper.
  3. Model · 5 min. Adult frames a narrow next question: “If I offer rest and a second route, can a willing person choose one?” A future answer is unknown.
  4. Choose · 7 min. Day 49 A/B/C select a next suitable action/plan and one reason. An optional approved real try uses a child-chosen small action, rest and stop cue; do not require performance for the reflection target.
  5. Notice · 4 min. Record what was proposed and what actually occurred, if anything, separately. An adult-scribed plan is not child physical movement.
  6. Close · 2 min. Keep the next step open for the teacher's ongoing program, not a promised child outcome.

Week 10 · Day 50 · Fresh revise-and-evidence check

Goal: independently interpret a new fictional first/second game plan, justify one fair revision and identify which claims need actual evidence through teacher-held Case M; AC9HPFP02/04 partial reasoning, physical codes conditional. Prepare: unseen source, separate key, no movement or public presentation requirement.

  1. Settle · 3 min. Offer adult read, sign, AAC, speech, broad labels, pointing, a scribe or private response. No personal story is needed.
  2. Read · 4 min. Reveal Case M for the first time; read every line neutrally without directing the answer.
  3. Process model · 5 min. On a blank unrelated pair of cards, show how to identify an earlier and later mark; do not rehearse the held case.
  4. First response · 7 min. Capture the first independent Case M response and record access support and content cue separately.
  5. Respond · 4 min. Use the key afterwards to plan a next lesson. Any optional actual activity still needs its own approved dated record.
  6. Close · 2 min. File this paper reasoning as one small source; no single check certifies the term, physical proficiency, fair play across settings or a health benefit.
