Learner choices

Goal: practise an invitation that offers action, alternative, rest or pass and accepts “not now”; AC9HPFP02 and AC9HPFP04 partial rehearsal. Prepare: Source B, ask and answer, private response route.

  1. Settle · 3 min. Say a no requires no explanation and is respected for real shared space as well as play practice.
  2. Read · 4 min. Read Sena and Dax's full fictional exchange. Ask what options Sena offered and how she answered Dax.
  3. Model · 5 min. Adult uses two puppets for an invitation, a no and an accepted stop. Mark it PAPER REHEARSAL, not a child's real permission.
  4. Choose · 7 min. Day 42 A/B/C compose an invitation to a fictional partner with a genuine alternative and a pass. If a real shared-space request arises, ask afresh and accept the answer; never transfer puppet consent to a person.
  5. Notice · 4 min. Record the child's wording or chosen symbols and whether a separate real respectful interaction was actually observed.
  6. Close · 2 min. Keep a private option available for the next session.
