- Settle · 3 min. Adult confirms floor/outdoor weather if relevant, supervision, equipment, access, consent, cue and rest. If any gate is missing, use a paper trial and say so.
- Read · 4 min. Re-read Source C's plan and Source D's empty headings. Ask which headings a drawing can answer and which require an event.
- Model · 5 min. Adult demonstrates a small suitable large-marker/table action or stationary movement, then labels it adult action. Show the agreed stop cue without requiring a child to copy.
- Choose · 7 min. Day 44 A/B/C may opt into a checked minor game: ask before a shared turn, choose one small safe action or rest, and stop when requested. Seated, stationary or suitable mobility routes are valid. A paper-only or pass route remains complete for source reasoning.
- Notice · 4 min. Privately record exact real child action/rule/support/date only if observed. An indoor try stays indoor. Otherwise write PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED and, for outdoors, OUTDOOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED.
- Close · 2 min. Ask for one optional adjustment, without turning a child's comfort into a public survey or judging a body.
