- Tracked documentation inventory and governed-claim counts are preserved as a timestamped historical snapshot.
- The model-fracture aggregate recorded at that boundary supplies exact-anchor, protected-trace, alignment-readiness, and next-gate states.
- The complete current public claim tier is published separately at /claims/ and /claims/catalog.json.
- Repository scale, artifact volume, and control maturity are not treated as substitutes for model-quality evidence.
