    Engineering controls

    Engineering inventory snapshot

A timestamped repository-scale, evidence-inventory, and nine-claim presentation snapshot retained for historical traceability.

Recorded finding: At the recorded boundary, the engineering inventory and exact-reconstruction anchor were visible while sparse alignment remained the active proof gate.

    Key metrics and controls

Each value is mapped directly from the recorded summary artifact and retains its experimental, historical, or control context.

    387

    Source files indexed

Tracked repository inventory; not a quality score.

    598

    Test files indexed

Coverage surface, not proof that every behavior is correct.

    44

    Governed claims indexed

Registry inventory at the recorded snapshot; see /claims/ for the current complete public tier.

    750

    Report artifacts indexed

Traceability inventory; evidence strength is assessed separately.

    Source-linked visual evidence

Readable at a glance. Inspectable in detail.

Charts are generated from normalized source fields. Every visualization includes its exact values in an accessible table.

    Historical presentation subset

The nine-claim presentation subset recorded by this timestamped pack; it is not the current complete public claim tier.

Finding: At this snapshot, two presentation claims were supported, six were partial, and one was explicitly blocked.

    Method

    How to interpret this pack

    1. Tracked documentation inventory and governed-claim counts are preserved as a timestamped historical snapshot.
    2. The model-fracture aggregate recorded at that boundary supplies exact-anchor, protected-trace, alignment-readiness, and next-gate states.
    3. The complete current public claim tier is published separately at /claims/ and /claims/catalog.json.
    4. Repository scale, artifact volume, and control maturity are not treated as substitutes for model-quality evidence.

    Claim boundaries

This snapshot is not the live claim register. Inventory scale and completed engineering gates do not establish material-sparse quality, performance, or production readiness.

    • Repository-scale counts describe governed engineering inventory, not model quality or production readiness.
    • The internal registry contains 44 governed claims; the public matrix is a curated 9-claim release subset.
    • Exact parity is limited to five frozen engineering cases at complete K32 reconstruction.
    • The protected four-way trace is complete and sparse-alignment execution is available, but no complete aligned checkpoint is evidenced here.
    • Material K8, K16, K24, and adaptive-K quality, latency, throughput, memory, and energy remain unevaluated on the converted model.
    • No dense-superiority, production-readiness, cross-model portability, continual-learning, or capability-marketplace claim is supported by this snapshot.

    Refresh required
    Observed
Review controls are visible and machine-auditable, including unresolved and held items.
    Supports
Proof inventory, public claim posture, release checklist, and risk-register status.
    Does not support
A review-ready evidence pack is not equivalent to approval for public production inference.
    Next decisive evidence
Rebuild the review packet and release checklist from the next approved evidence release.

    controlreviewed
    Superseded
    Observed
Critical system surfaces are governed by explicit pass/fail controls rather than narrative assurance alone.
    Supports
Configuration validation, critical gate coverage, phase-control checks, and API observability posture.
    Does not support
Control coverage describes engineering discipline; it does not independently prove model capability.
    Next decisive evidence
Rerun and close—or retain—the three failing raw-discovery validations, then publish an exact-SHA quality-gate pack with executed assembly CI.
