    Larger deployments & partnerships

A working system has to survive the handover.

For larger teams, the hard part is often the boundary around the model: data, rights, infrastructure, operators, evidence and recovery. We shape the engagement around the result your team must own.

Private deployment is available as a bounded service. Research partnerships start with an agreed protocol. Larger integrations and technology licensing are scoped separately, with operating and support terms set before delivery.

    Three paths

Start where the real constraint lives.

A standard API evaluation may be enough for some teams. These paths are for work that needs a defined deployment, conversion or research agreement.

    Available as a bounded service

    Run a defined workflow privately.

Install on agreed infrastructure, test real operating cases and hand the system over with recovery and operator procedures.

    Private Deployment Sprint
    Supported sources · compatibility first

Build on a model you already own.

Assess rights and compatibility, convert a supported source, then compare its behaviour and resource use against the reference.

    Available when qualified

    Resolve a research question.

Agree a baseline, protocol and funding path for one model, conversion or architecture question. Negative results remain part of the record.

    Research & Benchmark Partnership

    Before a commitment

    Make the operating conditions explicit.

Capacity, efficiency and quality claims need the same task, hardware and measurement boundary. We do not assume that a conversion or a shared runtime improves all three.

    1. 01 / RightsConfirm what may be used.

Identify source models, data, licences, publication rules and the people who can authorise access.

    2. 02 / EvidenceAgree the comparison.

Set representative cases, quality thresholds, resource budgets, failure handling and a reference baseline.

    3. 03 / OperationDesign the handover.

Assign support, recovery, operator controls, change approval and exit conditions before the work is sold.

    Discuss a defined scope

What must this system do for your team?

Send the decision, target environment and a non-sensitive example. We will identify the relevant path and the evidence needed before making a delivery commitment.
