Status of these terms
These are interim public-site terms for information use. They have not been represented as an Australian-counsel-reviewed commercial contract. Customer, partner, research, confidentiality, IP, security, support, liability, and acceptance obligations are created only by a separately approved and signed agreement or statement of work.
Information, not advice or an offer
The site describes current intentions, bounded service definitions, pilot qualification, funding objectives, research questions, evidence, and limitations. It is not legal, financial, investment, privacy, clinical, safety, cyber, engineering, or regulatory advice. It is not an offer of securities, a guarantee of technical outcomes, or a promise that a gated product or research pathway will become available.
The small-business services charge A$110/hour including GST (A$100 ex GST) for actual customer-specific setup and training, with a written maximum agreed after a relevant demonstration. The standard 10-Day AI Fit Test is A$5,280 including GST (A$4,800 ex GST). Larger, follow-on, research, deployment and design-partner engagements retain their separately agreed scopes and prices. An enquiry, discovery discussion, proposal or design-partner registration creates no service commitment.
For new small-business quotes, the written agreement records the outcome, platform, required inputs and access, acceptance checks, estimated billable hours, maximum charge, external costs, payment terms and delivery date. Less actual billable work means a lower charge. We do not exceed the cap or narrow the agreed outcome without written agreement. General product development, sales work and correction of agreed setup defects are not extra billable hours. The owner reviews actual results and repeats the normal workflow before acceptance. Reproducible defects in the agreed outcome reported within 14 days of handover are corrected without an extra setup charge; applicable consumer rights are not limited.
Customer accounts, source files, settings and delivered outputs remain with the customer. Ordinary owner-run use, supported content additions and refreshes do not require a subscription or another setup purchase. Optional help uses the same hourly rate with an agreed cap. Hosting, third-party subscriptions and requested new integrations are separately agreed. Earlier quotes and signed agreements are not silently rewritten; any change is agreed with the customer. Workflows still in development are not represented as completed installations.
Evidence and forward-looking material
Technical evidence is bounded to its disclosed source, protocol, environment, sample, and claim wording. Projections, research hypotheses, blocked claims, roadmaps, and planned gates are not measurements or promises. Source repositories and evidence may advance after a page is generated; the status page and build receipt show the public snapshot in use.
Public-content reuse and controlled disclosure
The material NeuroForge deliberately publishes on this public site may be crawled, indexed, copied, summarised, transformed, reproduced, used as input to AI systems, and used to train models. No separate permission is required for those public-content uses. The site publishes only material intended to be safe under that unrestricted-reuse posture.
The audio files under /media/listening/ are a specific exception. NeuroForge permits public streaming of those files only through the concealed listening evaluation. Copying, redistribution, republication, use as AI input, and AI training are reserved unless the individual source licence expressly grants otherwise. This narrower grant is stated on the study page and pinned rights receipt. Media responses are uniformly non-indexed and same-origin so response headers cannot reveal concealed source roles; this does not restrict the surrounding indexed HTML or public study description.
The general permission applies only to public-site material that is not covered by that listening-media exception. It does not grant access or rights to private repositories, source code, weights, prompts, raw datasets, checkpoints, confidential or controlled-diligence artifacts, protected mechanisms, customer material, credentials, or third-party content beyond the rights its owner grants.
NeuroForge, ERAIS, the NF mark, product names and other brand identifiers remain marks or identifiers of NeuroforgeIO Pty Ltd or their relevant owner. Public reuse must not imply endorsement, impersonate NeuroForge, misrepresent a blocked record as a capability, or detach a technical statement from a limitation needed to understand it accurately. Third-party rights and lawful obligations continue to apply.
Availability and warranties
The public site is provided on an as-available information basis. No warranty is stated for uninterrupted availability, completeness for a private decision, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every browser, tool, or assistive technology. Nothing here limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
External links and machine access
External research and standards links are provided for context; NeuroForge does not control their content or availability. Machine access to the published discovery and evidence surfaces is welcome, subject to reasonable security and availability controls. The public machine policy is search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=yes, use=full. It does not grant access to anything NeuroForge has not published.
Contact and governing agreement
Questions can be sent through the contact page. A signed agreement controls any customer or partner work and prevails over descriptive public copy for that engagement. Legal and commercial terms remain a launch gate for expanded obligations.
