What the company is building
NeuroForge is building ERAIS, an expandable cognitive architecture based on a simple idea: growing intelligence should not require the whole system to work harder on every task.
ERAIS is designed around selective capability, modular growth and a separation between what the system stores and what it needs to use right now.
NeuroForge is developing ERAIS and the research, conversion, training, evaluation and evidence systems around it. Commercial activity runs through NeuroforgeIO Pty Ltd.
This site does not represent company ownership of ERAIS before the relevant founder-to-company assignment or licence is executed and evidenced.
The architecture, source, models, internal research records and implementation-sensitive mechanisms are controlled material.
The public site shares the vision, approved outcomes and evidence boundaries under an open-reuse posture. It does not grant access to those private systems.

Identity
NeuroForge also publishes RKC, the Repository Knowledge Compiler, as an independent open-source contribution. It turns local source collections into a cited atlas that people, code and agents can use. RKC is available under Apache 2.0; ERAIS and its controlled research systems remain separate.
NeuroForge is the public brand.

The current public record is:

Pilot qualification, applications, proposals and research discussions are not customers, partnerships, awards, funding, traction or independent validation.

How NeuroForge operates
AI should amplify expertise, not erase it.
The company combines human judgement, multidisciplinary thinking and accountability with deep AI assistance for context, implementation, analysis and iteration.
Each experiment sits inside a governed system that keeps the question, evidence, failure, decision and next gate together.
The intended team model is amplified researchers, engineers and operators working inside that same coherent system. Capital would add specialist depth and external review while preserving the high-context operating model behind the current research pace.
Governance rules
NeuroForge keeps four things separate:
- Vision describes the world the company is trying to create.
- Technical evidence states what a bounded record supports.
- Commercial availability states what can enter qualification and scope.
- External relationships exist only when the relevant agreement or receipt closes.
Negative and null results stay in the research record. Invalid comparisons are stopped, repaired and restarted under a new identity.
A working mechanism does not silently become a quality, production or ownership claim.
The communication rule is Vision first. Proof attached. Diligence available.
Accuracy does not change. The level of detail changes with the audience and legitimate review need.
Ways to engage
Small-business services focus on enquiry, reporting, knowledge and AI workflows the owner can keep using. Customer-specific setup and training is A$110/hour including GST (A$100 ex GST), with a written maximum after a relevant demonstration. Ordinary owner-run updates need no subscription; developing workflows are labelled on the service page.
For larger AI deployment decisions, the 10-Day AI Fit Test is A$5,280 including GST (A$4,800 ex GST).
