Make the work easier to do
NeuroForge is an independent Australian AI lab founded by Lloyd Handyside. We build tools to help people find their way through code, keep community work organised and prepare lessons. We also help businesses sort out repetitive work and find where AI could be useful.

The bigger ambition is ERAIS: AI that can keep useful skills, add new ones and choose what a job needs. Fracture is our work on bringing what supported trained models have learned into that architecture. We want more people to be able to build useful systems with the hardware they can afford.
Tools for real work
- RKC: make sense of a codebase or text documentation. Search it on your own computer and open the original files. Free, Apache-2.0 licensed software.
- Sinter: keep funding research, meeting notes and handovers together in a local workspace. Free community preview, with optional setup and training.
- SubjectNest: find a lesson or play idea. Free lessons, worked examples and activities, with sources attached. The learning app is a prototype.

For supported Fracture conversions, we compare the new system with the original model.
The Discord conversation pilot is designed to respond to mentions and direct replies through the shared model service. Ask us about a demonstration and current availability. We’re developing owner-approved community knowledge and customer setup; self-service installation and paid activation are not open yet.

Founder and stage
Lloyd Handyside founded NeuroForge and works on it full time. His background spans biology, physics, chemistry, data, programming and industrial environments. He uses AI throughout the research and engineering process.
NeuroForge is founder-led and pre-revenue. We’re developing our first commercial engagements and research partnerships. The funding and research page describes current priorities; no fixed raise amount is published. Current results document the technical progress.

Founder-to-company assignments and licences govern the applicable rights; the site does not assert a completed transfer. Access for technical review is arranged through a written agreement.
