We’re building a bot that helps members find answers from their community’s rules, FAQs and shared knowledge. The conversation pilot is working; owner-approved knowledge and customer setup are still being developed.

For community owners
Make the answers easier to find.
Every community has questions that keep coming back: where to start, which rules apply, where to find a guide. We want members to get useful answers where the conversation is happening.
We’re developing controls for server owners to approve the information, choose the channels and review the answers. Those controls still need to be connected and tested as a complete customer service.
Use your knowledge
The approved-facts authority checks source approval, revision and expiry. Customer source controls and the dedicated worker still need a complete installation and revocation check.
Help your moderators
The aim is to reduce repeated questions and make useful context easier to find, with permissions and moderation decisions kept under the server owner’s control.

The pilot has demonstrated Discord mentions and direct replies through the hosted model service. Approved-fact storage is implemented separately; connecting it to the pilot and testing owner controls is still work ahead.
The recorded cutover selected the native model for the public API and Discord adapters. It does not establish signed Discord acceptance, answer quality or paid-customer readiness. Before paid access opens, installation, permissions, payment verification, source removal, cancellation and expiry must pass the commissioning gate.

These are the checks being connected to the existing authority. They are not a running self-service installation.
- Sign in as the server owner.Verify current Discord management authority and the actual installation grant before choosing an eligible server.
- Choose where it can help.Review the permitted channels, roles and settings, then accept the demonstrated configuration.
- Approve and maintain the sources.Add, update or remove the rules and FAQs it may use. Changed or expired sources must stop granting access to old answers.
- Verify activation and revocation.A commissioned worker and current payment status must match. Cancellation, expiry or revoked server permissions must stop access.
A typed server ID, a checkout redirect or an earlier payment cannot grant access. Paid activation remains unavailable while these checks are incomplete.
