Before acceptance, you inspect actual results and repeat the workflow yourself. We correct reproducible defects in the agreed outcome reported within 14 days of handover at no extra setup charge; your applicable consumer rights remain intact.

Name the service and your current platform. A fictional or public example is enough for the first message.

Agree the outcome and cap
After demonstrating fit, we record the work, platform, checks, estimated hours, maximum charge, external costs and delivery date. Changes need written agreement.

Make a change and rerun it
Inspect normal and difficult results, update your inputs or settings, then repeat. Keep your files, settings, reviewed outputs and recovery instructions.

Keep using what you paid for

Ordinary updates stay in your hands.

Add supported documents, change your saved questions, bring in the next export or update your enquiry register. Ordinary use and refreshes do not require a subscription or another setup purchase.

You pay for customer-specific setup and training. Our general product development, sales work and correction of agreed setup defects are not extra billable hours. Hosting and third-party subscriptions, where needed, are agreed separately.
