ERAIS audio generation · V4 retained failure

This listening candidate failed quality screening.

Public rating is suspended. Automated waveform, spectral, and speech-recognition review found non-speech outputs that should have been rejected before anyone was asked to listen.

    Measured quality hold

The transport worked. The generated audio did not.

The generated speech set contained full-duration high-frequency harmonic noise and low-band periodic murmurs instead of acceptable speech. File integrity, browser playback, and concealed labels did not make those outputs suitable for human evaluation.

V4 remains a retained failed candidate, not evidence of audio quality. Its media, players, rating controls, consent flow, and submission path are unavailable while replacement outputs are generated and screened for speech activity, dynamics, spectrum, intelligibility, and listener safety.

    Public receipt

The failed V4 identity remains auditable.

The retained receipt binds the V4 identity, all 24 stimulus IDs, WAV SHA-256 values, and rights receipt. The audio itself is quarantined outside the public asset tree because the candidate failed quality screening.
