Week 29 revisits repeating units in sound/marks; Week 30 counts and compares large-piece collections up to 20 within a paper design brief. Week 29 and Week 30 supply five 35-minute integrated blocks each.
Use and evidence: Precount broad practice tiles, then let children show a unit twice, count each item once, match groups and explain with objects. Record first child-controlled response, adult actions and later correction separately. Child-directed adult handling, AAC, text and tactile access are available; no colour, hearing or motor performance is a hidden maths prerequisite. Do not infer paper-stand strength from a larger tile count. Keep the fresh checks out of practice.
