Three useful steps
Show us what would help.
Point to the resource.
Include the page link, title and the year, week or day. If you downloaded a copy, add its version or date. For a new activity, tell us the intended age and setting.
Make the change concrete.
Paste the replacement wording or describe the activity, materials and steps. Explain what learners practise, what you would notice, and which response options you’ve included.
Add the reason and source.
Tell us why the change helps. Where relevant, link the official curriculum description, achievement criterion or other source. Name the state, territory, language or local context that matters.
A small suggestion is enough
“Can we add a kitchen-table version?”
“This activity needs a printer. I’d add an option using four socks and two bowls. The learner can point, move an object or tell an adult where it belongs. It practises the same sorting goal. Here are the exact steps I’d use…”
That gives us something practical to review. Describe classroom or home use in general terms; a suggestion can also come from a desk review.
Review and integration
A suggestion becomes a checked update.
- We read the change. We check the learning goal, age, source links, access options and practical setup.
- We check rights and context. New wording, images, audio and translations need clear ownership and permission. First Nations language or community knowledge needs the appropriate community’s authority.
- We agree what can be used. If your original material is selected, we agree its licence and the credit you want before publishing. Sending it does not transfer your rights or grant a publication licence.
- We update the resource. Accepted changes are checked in the working resource, with version and source notes. We may ask for clarification or explain why a proposed change needs more work.
