Pocket Place Trail follows Weeks 31–32. Children make and use a small fold-out guide with two source-labelled viewing windows, two named-person meaning flaps and a care step. They build a broad place model, use a paper screen/window, choose a question, collect or read accounts, make a portable guide and lead a private guided look. A limited view is not the whole place; two people's reasons can coexist; one model trial is not real-place evidence. Speech, sign, AAC, dictation, adult-directed broad pieces and exact no-touch readings keep the evidence goal. Reading, neatness, walking and plant identification are not assessed.
The pack provides ten 25-minute scripts, thirty same-goal access options, twenty worked variations, ten free optional home bridges, two fresh learner checks with separate key, and nine original illustrated A4 SVG/PDF pairs/exact alternatives. These optional sessions fit the school's actual HASS allocation. No child must disclose family, private location, culture, disability, language or personal history.
Complete paper inquiry: A/B depict two views of invented Paper Window Corner. A screen hides the second pot in A; B depicts both. Nia and Jo give different own reasons for valuing the same place. Lex gives a care request. A helper reports one model cover hiding part of a paper page; that says nothing about actual plants, place conditions or everyone. The child plans/makes a two-window guide and uses it on their table model with a paper/private listener. Fiction remains clearly labelled; no actual source/event or outcome is supplied.
Complete actual route: eight ordinary lessons embed approved actual-place steps, including educator preflight, two safe viewing points or exact permissioned descriptions, actual time/view/source records, a willing adult/approved particular-person account, sourced local care and a useful guide or modest permitted care action. Children can use the guide in an approved private guided look and record exact feedback/revision; they need not walk, touch plants, speak publicly or act. Conditional AC9HSFK03 evidence is judged by actual familiar connection/belonging, features, personal significance and care explanation. Missing elements stay open; templates and fictional checks do not fill them. K01/K02/K04 remain held unless separately evidenced under local/ICIP gates.
This extends the earlier folder-record desk into bounded observation views, more than one personal meaning and a usable place guide. It complements integrated Week 33 drawing/source questions and Week 34 bounded test reports. No plant health/growth, environmental census, material strength, direct capacity/mass or Science/Technologies attainment is claimed.
