Read complete sources and real-world gates. Offer A/B/C flexible routes to anyone; no route is a fixed learning style. Each day is 3 + 4 + 5 + 7 + 4 + 2 = 25 minutes. Speak, sign, AAC, point, hear a private read-aloud or pass. If the school cannot provide a verified real sign, keep Week 7 as model-source practice and write REAL COMMUNITY SIGN NOT OBSERVED. A real concern follows school policy immediately. In Week 8, paper or adult-led movement is planning; record child physical skill only after actual approved, chosen, accessible and observed action, otherwise PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED.

Week 7 · Day 31 · A practice tag is not a real sign

Goal: identify what an original practice tag says and distinguish it from a verified local health/safety sign; AC9HPFP06 is conditional on a real sign, AC9HPFP02 partial. Prepare: Source A, sign source, school sign verification plan.

1. Settle · 3 min. Say today's square practice tag is invented and does not direct safety action at this school.
2. Read · 4 min. Read Source A's exact words. Ask what the puppet is invited to do and what has not happened.
3. Model · 5 min. Adult places MODEL next to the tag, then leaves the REAL SIGN field blank until the school supplies a verified sign in its place.
4. Choose · 7 min. Day 31 A/B/C explain or point to the source difference. If a checked real sign is available, show it in its approved place with its exact school-taught action; otherwise stay with the model.
5. Notice · 4 min. Record whether a real sign was actually accessed, its date and support. A tag-only response is source reasoning; write REAL COMMUNITY SIGN NOT OBSERVED.
6. Close · 2 min. Tell children an unclear real sign can be checked with a school-approved adult, not guessed from colour or shape.

Week 7 · Day 32 · One verified sign, one local action

Goal: connect one real school-approved health/safety sign with its locally taught purpose and action; AC9HPFP06 partial, only if sign is verified. Prepare: privately completed Source B record, sign action, accessible location or approved description.

1. Settle · 3 min. Check sign permission, place, exact wording/picture, action, access and date. Do not assume a generic icon means the same thing everywhere.
2. Read · 4 min. At the sign or via approved neutral description, read its exact local text and describe its picture. Name source and place.
3. Model · 5 min. Adult demonstrates only the locally approved action, explaining what on this specific sign and school routine supports it.
4. Choose · 7 min. Day 32 A/B/C connect the verified sign with its action, perhaps by directing an adult. An actual child action is optional and recorded only if safely observed.
5. Notice · 4 min. Ask which sign detail helped. Record sign identification, support and actual action separately; if sign was not verified, return to practice tag and mark REAL COMMUNITY SIGN NOT OBSERVED.
6. Close · 2 min. Reinforce the current school procedure, not a public rule copied from this pack.

Week 7 · Day 33 · Two signs may ask different things

Goal: compare two locally verified health/safety signs by exact words, place and action; AC9HPFP06 partial if both real sources exist. Prepare: Source B records for signs 1 and 2, sign source.

1. Settle · 3 min. Verify both sources and access. One or two missing signs remain blank rather than invented.
2. Read · 4 min. Present sign 1 then sign 2 in their actual context or approved descriptions. Read all words aloud.
3. Model · 5 min. Adult matches each sign to its school-approved action, noting that a similar colour or border does not prove a shared instruction.
4. Choose · 7 min. Day 33 A/B/C choose one sign, explain its action and tell how the second differs. If only one real sign exists, compare its real source to Source A's fictional tag and label the limit.
5. Notice · 4 min. Record which real sign and action the child connected, exact support and any local uncertainty. Do not award two-sign comparison from a model.
6. Close · 2 min. Invite an unanswered local sign question for the responsible adult, never a child-only safety decision.

Week 7 · Day 34 · Ask when the sign is unclear

Goal: rehearse a specific clarification request to the school's approved adult rather than guess; AC9HPFP02 and help-seeking subsection of AC9HPFP05 partial. Prepare: Source C, ask/clarify, verified adult route held privately by school.

1. Settle · 3 min. State that a real concern is not a roleplay. No child must disclose a personal safety story or name a home contact.
2. Read · 4 min. Read Tali's complete fictional request and adult response. Ask what Tali wants explained.
3. Model · 5 min. Adult puppets say “I am unsure what this real sign means here; could you tell me?” Use the school's verified adult role only in the local copy.
4. Choose · 7 min. Day 34 A/B/C practise or privately identify pause–ask–check-together. A child may pass on acting and answer through the source.
5. Notice · 4 min. Offer a new blank sign label with no meaning supplied; look for a clarification request, not a guess. Mark REHEARSAL, not protective behaviour in a real event.
6. Close · 2 min. If any real uncertainty or concern arises now, the adult responds under school policy rather than filing it as an assessment.

Week 7 · Day 35 · Fresh source-and-sign check

Goal: independently distinguish a new invented tag from a verified real sign and choose an adult-supported next step in teacher-held Case J; AC9HPFP02 and help-seeking subsection of AC9HPFP05 partial reasoning. AC9HPFP06 needs separate local sign evidence. Prepare: unseen case, teacher key, optional verified real sign record.

1. Settle · 3 min. Offer private, point, sign or AAC response. No real unsafe story is requested.
2. Read · 4 min. Reveal Case J for the first time, reading the exact fictional text neutrally without a content cue.
3. Process model · 5 min. On a blank unrelated card, show how to quote a line as evidence; do not model a Case J answer.
4. First response · 7 min. Capture the first independent answer with access support and content cues recorded separately. A real, school-verified sign response is a different optional local opportunity.
5. Respond · 4 min. Use the key only after the first response. Handle any genuine safety question immediately under policy.
6. Close · 2 min. Mark the paper result FICTIONAL SOURCE REASONING. If no real local sign was accessed, REAL COMMUNITY SIGN NOT OBSERVED.

Week 8 · Day 36 · Choose an action and a rest

Goal: plan and optionally perform an individual quiet A–B movement/rest unit; AC9HPFM01 and AC9HPFM02 conditional on actual suitable child action. Prepare: Source D, action pair, locally checked open or seated space.

1. Settle · 3 min. Offer paper planning first. Check individual access, consent and a usable stop cue before any actual movement.
2. Read · 4 min. Read Source D's A · B repeated strip. Ask where a rest may fit and whether the paper says anyone moved.
3. Model · 5 min. Adult points through A–B twice and demonstrates their own quiet suitable pair; adult movement is not child evidence.
4. Choose · 7 min. Day 36 A/B/C select two distinguishable safe actions or action/rest. Actual child participation is opt-in after local checks; no clap, hop or prescribed height.
5. Notice · 4 min. Record exact chosen paper unit separately from any dated actual child action and support. Otherwise PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED.
6. Close · 2 min. Reconfirm the child's stop choice and rest access.

Week 8 · Day 37 · Repeat without rushing

Goal: practise a chosen safe movement unit at a comfortable pace and notice body/space adjustment only if performed; AC9HPFM01 and AC9HPFM02 conditional. Prepare: Source D, action pair, local space check.

1. Settle · 3 min. Choose individual space and rest. Do not compare speed or require three repetitions physically.
2. Read · 4 min. Re-read Source D and distinguish the paper's three repeats from any real activity.
3. Model · 5 min. Adult shows a quiet A–B then pauses; changing an unsafe action requires restarting the chosen unit, not pushing through discomfort.
4. Choose · 7 min. Day 37 A/B/C continue a paper unit or opt into an individually suitable actual try; a child may stop after one action.
5. Notice · 4 min. Ask which action or rest was chosen and what actually happened. Record observable movement only, with context; no invented completion count.
6. Close · 2 min. Offer rest and no public performance judgment.

Week 8 · Day 38 · An accessible cue can stop the unit

Goal: select a usable stop cue and pause a movement pattern when asked; AC9HPFP02 partial, AC9HPFM02 and AC9HPFM04 conditional on actual play. Prepare: Source D, cue/fair, individually agreed cue.

1. Settle · 3 min. Ask which cue can be perceived and used; do not impose loud sound, touch or a body position. Any child's real stop ends the turn.
2. Read · 4 min. Read the STOP card in Source D. Ask what the paper instructs, not whether a child stopped already.
3. Model · 5 min. Adult pauses an A–B paper strip on a chosen visible or other accessible cue, then checks whether to continue.
4. Choose · 7 min. Day 38 A/B/C pause a paper route or join an approved actual quiet game if chosen. Stop immediately at any child request.
5. Notice · 4 min. Record paper explanation separately from any actual observed pause and rule conduct; otherwise PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED.
6. Close · 2 min. Check comfort privately; no explanation of stopping is required.

Week 8 · Day 39 · Invite without requiring a copy

Goal: revise a group rule so different safe action/rest units can join with consent; AC9HPFP02 and AC9HPFP04 partial, AC9HPFM04 conditional on actual physical activity. Prepare: Source E, cue/fair, optional checked group space.

1. Settle · 3 min. A child may watch, respond privately or decline group performance; no one has to clap or match another person's arms.
2. Read · 4 min. Read both Source E proposals. Ask which phrase imposes a single speed/action and which permits choice.
3. Model · 5 min. Adult puppets ask “Would you like a turn?” accept “not now”, then propose a quiet cue and enough space/time for a chosen unit.
4. Choose · 7 min. Day 39 A/B/C revise the fictional rule. If an actual group activity is locally checked and chosen, observe each child's own action and rule conduct, not only the group product.
5. Notice · 4 min. Record proposed fairness separately from actual observed physical fair play or PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED.
6. Close · 2 min. Preview a different unseen paper check; do not reveal its case or expected answer.

Week 8 · Day 40 · Fresh choice-and-stop check

Goal: independently interpret a new paper action/rest strip and fair invitation through teacher-held Case K; AC9HPFP02 and AC9HPFP04 partial reasoning, physical codes only with separately observed actual play. Prepare: unseen check, teacher key, no movement requirement.

1. Settle · 3 min. Offer speak, sign, AAC, point or private answer; the learner may pass on acting.
2. Read · 4 min. Reveal Case K for the first time and read the exact source without directing the answer.
3. Process model · 5 min. Show how to quote a sentence using an unrelated blank card, never a held-case action or rule.
4. First response · 7 min. Capture the first independent answer and access/content prompts separately through any equivalent route.
5. Respond · 4 min. Use the key after first response. Any optional actual activity has its own school gate and dated observation.
6. Close · 2 min. Record FICTIONAL PATTERN/RULE REASONING apart from actual physical action or PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOT OBSERVED. One public check cannot certify year achievement.
